Over 40 boot camp classes every week for you to choose from. The goal is 30 minutes every day and we have opened our entire scheduled to ensure you ALWAYS have a workout you can get to.
3 – Nutritionist developed meal plan.
You will also receive a follow along, fat loss focussed meal plan that tells you exactly what to eat for every single one of the 21 one day you'll be with us – male and female versions available.
