3 tips to flatten a stress belly.

So we talked yesterday about how and why we gain weight from stress and I am going to give you 3 top diet tips to help you out.

Make a note and try to implement. There is a LOT more that goes into fixing your adrenals and thyroid but maybe you can start here:

– don’t eat carbs before noon. It screws up the cortisol pattern and so you store more fat.

– drink 1 coffee before 9am (none would be better). Any more of this stimulant will burn out the adrenals thus impacting cortisol levels once more.

– get 7.5 hours of sleep per night. Every night. No exceptions.

Listen, I still need to go over your exercise plan, your supplement regime and your meal plans.

But that takes a little more time.
