"It's like a Fit Bit for your man-bits" <<< this is the text I woke up to this morning.

Yep…just like how the Fit Bit tracks for steps, calories and distance, the I.Con tracks your thrust velocity, positions conquered and the skin temperature of your…eggplant.

Oh…it also detects syphilis too. So BONUS.

Obviously this piece of pecker-tech comes with an app whereby you can socially share your stats and see where you rank amongst your pals.

Seems totally sane to me :/ 

Actually no…the gameification of sex is probably the worst idea I've ever heard of…

….except from the gameification of working out and getting healthy.

But it's happened. Yep. In certain franchise workout facilities across Canada you can now earn points based on your workouts…

Huh?

So like, the harder I workout the more points I get??? Is that why I'm really working out? To get points?

I think we are all old enough to realize that we workout because it makes us feel good, it's good for our bodies and well we do it because of the community we are in. At 10,000 Strong we ONLY focus on building our wellness revolution TOGETHER. We learn together, we workout together and we use our supportive boot camp environment to build each other up so we in turn build ourselves up.

Sure, we have some friendly group challenges here and there, but no matter what, I am dedicated to ensuring that NO MAN IS LEFT BEHIND…

…or ever EVER feels not worthy or like a failure because they didn't get enough dam points for a workout.

That's almost as inane as using the scale to determine your self-worth.

Now, with a hand on my heart, I can solemnly promise that I will never turn your workouts into a community wide board game and I will never trivialize your efforts no matter how strong, or weak, you feel.
