Diet-ditching your way thru 2017

Monday. Full of promise. Full of good intention. Full of…..disgust?

Monday’s can make or break your week ya know. Skip a Monday and the whole week does downhill.

Work, diet, working out…if you screw it up, you can say good bye to ANY and ALL motivation.

There is a saying and it goes “Never miss a Monday” and being that sanctimonious day, I think we should all take heed.

And so today, while it’s still early, I want you to all try to make a concerted effort today. Just today. Just for the next 12 hours while you are awake, try to ignore those old demons. Avoid the carbs you don't need, go for the workout you want to avoid and drink the 3L of water your body wants and needs.

And, if you are really on board, why not sign up for something new? 

Yes, of course I mean 10,000 Strong. 

But I also mean in other areas of your life too. Take a new class, learn a new skill. Start doing that course you promised yourself you’d do.

Don’t delay, nothing exciting ever happens on a Tuesday 😉

In seriousness though, there is no time like the present. Do it now.

I’m notorious for piling on work, in fact my friend Sean told me this morning how much I ADORE being loaded up with projects.

I do, I love being busy, and because of that i’m one of the most productive people I know. 

So, have a good head-scratch today about the ONE thing you can start doing today, Monday the 30th of January 2017, that will make your life better.

Of course, you know that working out and eating clean would be the most impactful decision you could make this Monday and you could actually get started as early as tonight if you act fast…
