Disturbing Things I Do On Instagram

The thing I love about Instagram is that it is so multi-faceted.

I can gain inspiration about business building and fitness.

I can laugh at hilarious memes.

I can pretend to know whats going on in the world (I STILL don’t know what Coachella is? Am I old?).

AND….I can also post my own images which create a feed full of hilarity, information and also my dog.

I think the dog is a bonus….she breaks up all the fitness-y stuff.

Anyway…I digress.

Instagram is a great escape and can result in a few giggles and a little bit more motivation.

RULES OF INSTAGRAM:

1 – Do NOT follow anyone who posts more than 1 selfie a week. It’s annoying seeing how cute people look when they sleeping (who is taking the picture moron?).

2 – Instantly unfollow anyone who is negative. If I need negativity, i’ll watch the 6 o clock news.

3 – Always follow people who make you smile, or who say things that resonate.

4 – Take it all with a pinch of salt.

Instagram is full of really good looking fitness people….but seeing their ripped abs and bulging arms every. dam. day can be more off-putting that inspirational 🙂 JMO.
