I once did a 90 minute yoga class and was so annoyed by how long it was I wanted to punch the teacher in the throat.
Not very zen of me at all.
I can’t stand the thought of going to workout for 2 hours at a time…honestly, and this is probably inappropiate of me but…
The thought of packing up my kid, heading over to the Lifetime Athletic to workout, sauna, drink juice and battle my stubborn pre-teen, is my very own version of hell.
If you didn’t know already..I am not a workout goddess. I wasn’t born into a sporty life. I didn’t grow up being athletic.
I grew up drinking booze and smoking butts.
Of course, I had an epiphany in my 20s and turned my life around….but the fact is, I just don’t have the “workout gene”.
