That your ducklips are a sign of some mental disorder.
That your feed full of gym-pics means that you require the attention and adoration of others to feel complete.
Really? They got all that from a selfie?
I mean, I do love a good selfie…don't we all? I know what angle to hold my phone, I know how to tilt my head and raise my eyebrows sightly which creates a longer leaner profile.
I know when I wear my aviators and selfie that shit by a lake…..
…. I look hotter than hell.
Admittedly, my Facebook and Instagram contain WAY more pictures of my Golden Retriever Jasmine than they do of myself or even my own son (which probably has some parenting nazi's up in arms) BUT I don't think a well shot selfie is a problem.
I think we all need to make ourselves feel good. Feel pretty. Feel attractive.
Hell, wear your fake lashes, a pair of spanx and throw on a Valencia filter it it makes you feel good.
But do the picture for your own admiration. Make yourself feel good for you. Dress up, take pictures and feel pretty because it makes YOU happy.
Screw what everyone else thinks.
Don't do it for the likes. Do it for you.
I mean it's the exact same when it comes to working out and eating clean. You should't be doing it for anyone else but yourself.
At 10,000 Strong we workout to feel good, to feel energized. It make us feel strong and confident. It makes us feel in control of our food and our weight. We work out for us.
We are only focussed on our health and happiness because we know, deep in our hearts, that self-love is the most important love of all.
Remember: what other people think of you is none of your business ;0)
