Now look…i’m not really a dessert fan. I can’t say it’s part of our household meal times and I usually reserve desserts for Birthdays etc….

..unless of course it’s healthy.

And…if you have never come across BBQ’d Pineapple before then I am about to blow your MIND right now….

Check it out…this is how WE do grilled pineapple:

Ingredients:
1 whole pineapple
Demerara Sugar and cinnamon mixed together

Directions:
Slice the pineapple and simply rub the sugar and cinnamon mix onto the slices.

Place on the grill for a few minutes each side or until the sugar crystalizes.

And yeh, this pineapple recipe does have sugar in it, but you don’t have to go nuts.

Just a sprinkle is fine 🙂
