Do you have great kids, grandkids or siblings? Congrats! You have a family to love and that loves you back.
Do you drive a decent car, have clothes on your back, food in the house? Super. You have more than 90% of the population.
Look, i’m no Oprah.
I’m just trying to remind you that there is a life outside your troubles.
And hey, if there is one thing I have done really well at in life, it’s providing people with a gym that helps you focus on everything you are good at and placing you with the people that will lift you up.
I know I have done that well because all I hear when I go to the studio is laughter. Sure, there is grunting and sweating, but there is pride, joy, confidence and happiness there too.
You can focus better on all the awesome stuff when you are in a good place both physically and mentally.
