Foods That Fat Fear.

There are foods that can actually help you burn fact, stabilize blood sugar and deal with your carbohydrate metabolism WAAAAAY better than others.

I mean we all know donuts will never make the healthiest foods of 2016 list, but what about fat burning fats or the best fruits and veg?

While all fresh fruits and vegetable are good for us in terms of nutrients, they may not be good for us in terms of fat loss.

So, I put together this little list and thought I would send it over to you. Eating these foods daily will make your metabolism love you and when you have that on your side…well…weight loss is much easier!

Ok, stock your cupboard with these:

• Spinach

• Apples

• Blueberries

• Cranberries

• Cherry Tomatoes

• Fresh Mozzarella

• Olive Oil

• Balsamic Vinegar

• Carrots

• Broccoli

• Cauliflower

• Blue Cheese Crumbles

• Wheatberries

• Walnuts

• Pumpkin Seed

The reason why these foods are so great for our fat burning potential is simple. Each food only has one ingredient. Walnuts contain walnuts. Broccoli contains broccoli. The best fat burning foods are those that only contain one ingredient.

Foods containing words you cannot pronounce or multiple ingredients slow us down and make our digestive system groggy.

In addition these foods are low sugar and high fibre which means our digestive system is happy and we aren’t getting trapped in sugar high’s and sugar crashes every few hours.

Keep it simple. Keep it clean.

This week’s challenge, do not eat anything from a box. Nothing processed and nothing fake. …let me know how much better you feel.
