Getting high Misty-Style

3 cancelled flights later…I’m on my way back home. It’s been an epic adventure and I’ve drank all of the wine and eaten all of the foods…

… but my body is screaming out for a dam good workout and a 3 day juice cleanse.

You see, when you typically live a clean lifestyle and workout most days of the week, your body becomes addicted to it.

Yes. I said addicted.

In fact, you can ask anyone of my bootcamp members about their “addiction” and they will all tell you it’s true.

Just like Heroin gives you an addictive high, so does working out.

Just like sugar makes you feel good, so does working out. 

And just like both of those highly addictive substances, the more you use the more addicted you become (it’s all about the endorphin rush that floods your body post workout and makes you feel like an invincible super-power)

The truth is, your body will become addicted to the things you do most. If you eat carbs you’ll want more carbs, if you snort coke you’ll want more coke…

….but if you workout and drink green juice then YES your body will want more of these things too.

I know you think I’m smack talkin’…

But it’s true.

And wouldn’t you prefer to go through workout withdrawal rather than sugar withdrawal?

Wouldn’t you prefer to crave spinach and apples over chips and pasta? 

Yeh you would.

And so, when you join 10,000 Strong and start your new addiction, it all becomes very easy. 

You don’t force yourself to workout because you crave it. You don’t force kale into your mouth because you want it.

^^^ and that’s when you make the leap from being fat and unhealthy into being lean and clean….

….and happy.

So please, let me be your pusher. Let me show you how to get high Misty-Style.
