Was last night a blur? A little hazy?

Maybe you drank, maybe you ate…maybe you haven’t even been to bed yet 🙂

Those were the days…most nights I am in bed by 9pm. Party on….

I find though that the years disappear faster than ever..they say the older you get, the faster time passes and so I find that entire year’s seem to blur together as time races by.

It all passes by so quickly.

Maybe last year you promised you would be healthier, stronger, fitter.

Maybe you promised to clean up your eating, get back on the bandwagon and ditch those carbs.

And maybe, even with all those promises, nothing changed.

Your clothes still don’t fit, the scale hasn’t budged and you are not one rep stronger than this time last year.

Oh well…Bygones.

Life is moving too fast to worry about yesterday-year. Instead, focus forward.

You have a brand new start.

But anyway, 2016 is a brand new year with brand new possibilities.

All that is needed is a brand new perspective. Now, you can’t just hide behind the promise of getting healthy…you must actually do things. Uncomfortable things, annoying things and things that seem impossible…

But once you keep doing all these things…suddenly life changes. Just like it always does when you live outside your comfort zone for a while.

Take a day to chew over what THINGS you want to try out this year….and let me know 🙂
