Yesterday was an my best day ever.
I don’t know why, but September always brings new promise, new excitement and new energy.

You can think straight now. September scheduling is no longer side swiped by last minute BBQ’s and trips to the beach.

And it’s no coincidence that our 12 day detox is centred during this time of mass productivity.
