It’s easy to do when you have so much going on. But, time and time again, people come into my studio having no idea what we really do…
…and look, I freakin email you every dam day, you’d think you’d all be crystal clear on just exactly how our nutrition program works but because Nutrition is such a vague and often poorly addressed area within health and wellness studios…i'll try to explain how we differ.

^^ Every few months we do a brand spanking new Nutrition challenge at boot camp. It’s free for members but it basically walks you through a new area of nutrition that you have never tried before. Juicing, fasting, meal prepping…you name it.
