Stress will make you gain weight.
Stress will make it harder for you to lose weight.
Stress causes weight gain in the thighs and hips.
Now…. I’m not just talking any stress.
There are definitely types of stress and ONE of those types is the muffin top maker.
Good stress: this is stress from a new baby, a new job, planning a wedding, working towards something you love.
BAD STRESS: this is chronic stress from financial problems, divorce or separation, illness and parenting problems.
Chronic means it’s been happening a while and so over the months and years stress starts to slow down key glands that are responsible for metabolism as well as disrupt are circadian rhythm and cortisol levels.
In short we start storing the calories we eat as fat and not burning them off like we should.
It gets to a point where instead of being a “fat burning” machine, you are a “fat storing” machine. Only capable of storing the calories you eat as fat on your stomach and hips.
Does this sound at all familiar??
You must be frustrated.
You must feel at a loss.
You must feel like turning this all around is too hard.
Well, I am here to tell you that it’s not impossible.
I have a solution.
I have a plan for you.
It’s not going to be that hard but it’s not going to be an overnight fix either.
Stay tuned to tomorrow’s email.
I’ll tell you what you need then.
