| The problem is, when it comes to losing weight, you have way too many options to choose from.
There is paleo, keto and macro. You can join Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers or Bernstein.
You can cut carbs, cut fat and of course, cut calories….
You just decided to flood your body with massive amounts of nutrition. Fix all the broken parts and so your body, your metabolism and your fat burning mechanisms worked JUST PERFECTLY.
What if your body was so happy with itself that you no longer had to FIGHT for every pound lost and fight for every smaller pant size?
I mean, a happy body is a lean body and often times the reason people remain so overweight for so many years is because they just don’t treat it very well.
