pain and betrayal: the best workout fuel

Use your rage and humiliation as a damn good excuse to get healthy, lean and strong.

I know I know, we need to work out because we love ourselves, our goals… our own sense of accomplishment..

BUT…

I bet you’ve been at the receiving end of hurtful comments. I bet you’ve been betrayed. I bet people have said things that stung, that made you recoil with pain, that opened a wound you thought you had sewed shut…

And these comments, as hurtful as they are, and as immature as the person is that uttered the slur may be…

They are helpful too.

You use can them.

You can flip that rage, that energy and that pain into something quite positive and use it to spur you on.

Use it in conjunction with your own goals. Use it alongside your mission.

Use it to remind yourself that you love yourself unconditionally and the betrayal or remarks can be turned upside down to prove this point.

Hurt is better served as fuel for your passions…trust me.
