Salted + Caramel + Muscles

It’s all about the know that right?

In order to feel satisfied longer, in order to squash sugar cravings and in order to build the muscle you need to look toned and tight…you need more protein.

And so it’s this girls quest to find recipes and foods that are high protein and super yummy. God knows I cannot stomach another can of tuna at 8 am and truly, there is only so much chicken a girl can eat. Now luckily, for everyone here, my protein pal Christa shared an epic protein pancake recipe.

Of course, you need protein the whole day through and so while this recipe is a great start to the day, you’ll need something more to settle the blood sugar and banish the bloat (but I have something awesome for you tomorrow). You see, it’s that darned blood sugar roller coaster that is causing all the squashy tummies and these rolling thighs…we need to up the protein and eat the right amount of carbs. Just like we teach you at boot camp 

Anyway, here is that recipe I promised:

Salted Caramel Banana Protein Pancakes

2 Scoops Diesel Salted Caramel Protein Powder (buy at TNS)
1/2 cup oatmeal flour (just blend up oatmeal until it becomes a flour)
1/2 cup egg whites
1 banana

Blend everything up into a batter while melting a tsp of coconut oil in a frying pan. Once melted, pour in your batter and enjoy!

I’m serious, there is over 70 grams of protein in here and while this recipe makes 2 servings, you are still getting around 35 grams of protein per serving plus some really good carbs that will get you raring to go.

Now, as I said, this is just one recipe, you’ll need a whole whack more to get you through the day and I’ll send you something tomorrow that will help with that.

Honestly, you cannot lose weight WITHOUT doing the workouts and the diets…BUT…we have to make the diets yummy and effective right? Which is exactly what we do.
