So I have been beavering away on some of the bits and pieces and it occurred to me that maybe you guys don't really know a whole lot about me.
I mean, you see my pretty pictures and read my inspirational words but as I was typing up my "About the Author" section I figured that maybe you guys would want to read it too.
So here it is. A personal glimpse at a very unlikely fitness motivation expert:
"Misty RHN is NOT your average fitness inspiration. She has never graced the cover of a fitness magazine in a bra top and booty shorts and she has never once oiled her up faked tanned skin so she could strut the stage of a body building competition.
In fact, the last time she checked, there wasn't too much need for a pasty, white, 6 ft girl with a stretched marked stomach and tiny boobs….
And well…Misty RHN is just fine with this.
As a nutritionist and personal trainer Misty lost 120lbs and now inspires other women to do the same.
It all started when she decided to become a fitness instructor while she was still 50 lbs overweight,
Amid muffled guffaws from her friends and eye-rolls from her family she went ahead and did it anyway and for the first time in her life, she began to teach fitness classes.
It was daunting and she screwed up more times than she would want to recount but she stuck with it and as the years progressed she increased her training and became a Personal Trainer, a running instructor and then she went back to school to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
She now owns a busy personal training and boot camp studio in Whitby, Ontario, Canada.
She has helped thousands of people locally and thousands of people worldwide become happy, healthy and confident and she won’t stop until she is satisfied that every woman, of every shape and every size knows exactly what it takes to healthy and how they should tackle it."
