Here’s a question that I hear approximately 50 times per day:

“How do I get to my results quicker while staying motivated?”

I gotta admit… took me a long time to figure this out..

I get this email and FB message A LOT:

“Can you tell me how to lose weight from my tummy?”

Usually I try to answer them and bring them in for a 2 week test drive. But words do not suffice.

I VERY rarely hear anything back..

Just pure, silent, email tumbleweeds.

The problem is that no-one can lose weight from my “Advice”. They MUST come and try a program, a free class, a detox or a 2 week test drive etc etc…

But, I am sorry to say this: although you will get amazing results…even this won’t be enough to keep the weight off forever.

How sad is that?
