There’s this thing called cardio….and most of us hate it.
This disgusting , awful and hideous thing is required to help lose fat.
Oh I know, many body builder poo poo this…but truly…we do actually need cardio in our lives…
But, some forms of cardio are better than others, and believe it or not….when it comes to cardio…less is more.
Now…not less effort…no no…less time.
So steady state training, as in jogging for 20k is not the type of cardio I am talking about….nah…
I am talking about HIIT.
Now, all my members at boot camp get a HIIT workout every time them come in <<< so they are covered!!
They leave with shirts soaked and lungs burning….that’s they way cardio should be done.
BUT, if you are not coming to boot camp then how are you getting your cardio?
Hill sprints and treadmill intervals are the easiest ones to add into your routine.
But wow…is that ever boring 🙂
I should know!
But if you can make sure you have 2 cardio sessions a week that last about 20-30 minutes you are going to ramp up that fat loss.
Our Tabata class with Coach Lorraine would be a perfect example of HIIT done right 🙂
If you need to add on some HIIT…let’s chat.
Maybe Boot Camp is the missing link?
