I woke up this morning thinking it was Saturday….ever done that?

The sweet relief you feel of not having to rush around like a blue arsed fly washes over you.

I mean, you probably will spend the day buzzing around anyway…
…. but at least you have a choice.

But then, as I became a little more lucid, I realized it was a weekday and I actually had an hour commute in order to get to work on time….

And, later as I drove to the studio and revelled in that Friday feeling…the crashing realization that it was actually Thursday hit me like a tonne of bricks.

I mean I know that as a business owner I don’t ever really get “time off” but at least on the weekend
we can work at a different pace.

And you know what they say…a change is a good as a break.

Anyway, the point of my rambling is that I am actually quite glad it’s Thursday as it means you still have 24 hours left until we close the doors on our latest 21 day challenge.

And also…tonight is Sushi, Wine and Modern Family night with my son and I certainly don’t want to miss that! (i’ve honestly been thinking about branding myself as The Drunken Nutritionist…I love a bit of shock factor in my marketing)..

But honestly, having this little chill out night with my son is important…we order insane amounts of Sushi and watch our favourite TV shows….it’s kinda become a ritual in our house and it feeds my soul.

As busy parents, blocking out time for silly rituals is our life blood 🙂

Anyway…i’m not here for a parenting rant, i’m here to poke you one last time about the 21 day challenge.

Look… we only offer these short term programs a few times a year and you won’t get this chance again until fall. If you have been tossing around the idea of joining boot camp, this challenge is the perfect time.
