Work out only – if you ONLY do the workouts or focus on just running… YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT.

PS: At time of writing I am about to embark on my own 2x Plan. I was doing 3 workouts with Nassi, now I will do 6. I was watching my foods, now I will track it every day. I was being mean to myself in the mirror and now I start meditation.

Everyone need to double up efforts sometimes 😉
