So, yesterdays email covered the fat loss meal prepping component to our Prep Sweat Conquer challenge.
But today we talk about the unlimited boot camps, bonus sessions and your FBBC Fitness Finale.
Members, you know all about our unlimited schedule.
With over 30 classes a week to choose from…flexibility and consistency is something we pride ourselves on.
New faces…you can check out the schedule here, and know that all of those training sessions are available to you during this challenge.
WAIT THERES MORE….
See, I mentioned a Fitness Finale….did I not?
Well, when you sign up for this challenge, you will be put into teams, with each team focussing on one specific exercise…Pull Ups, Planks or Box Jumps.
During the 5 weeks, we are going to add 15 BONUS sessions to the schedule that are exclusive to PSC challengers ONLY.
During these additional sessions you will come in and focus ONLY on that one skill. A trainer will be there to assist you, but you will use this time to build your strength at this one particular move.
Towards the end of the challenge there will be semi finals and then finals for your team exercise.
Winners get a celebrity photoshoot on the red carpet and of course, your very own FBBC Oscar to put on the mantle.
Oh and serious bragging rights 🙂
So…you will sweat it out and CONQUER your goals too.
