This is an anti-motivation speech

Ever said to yourself…"OK, Monday I am totally starting a this new diet and it's gonna KICK ASS and I am gonna be so skinny, and so happy, and Monday FOR REAL it's GAME ON"…

And then proceed to stuff yourself Friday and Saturday and Sunday…because ya know…SHIT GETS REAL ON MONDAY.

I think we have all promised ourselves something like this over the years…

…and I bet we actually really mean it, ya know, at the time. 

But the thing is, Monday comes around and well, it's not the fanfare of motivation you fact, it's just another boring Monday and all that zest you had for your new diet regime has flown out the window. And thus, you promise yourself you'll start tomorrow…

…or after that dinner date on Thursday, or maybe after the weekend.

Do you see a pattern?

I do. And i'm not here to talk to you about motivation and will power and "just doing it".

I'm here to tell you that if you spend your entire life "getting ready" for weight loss, planning weight loss, working towards your start date for weight loss….

…that day will NEVER come and all you will be left with is a BUNCH OF FAILED ATTEMPTS.

And, looking back on a life of failed attempts is miserable.  You may be able to look back over the past 5 years and think "yep, one failed weight loss attempt after another…"

..and why do you think I know these things?

Well, for one, I have been there, done that and got the T shirt.

And two,  all of our members at 10,000 Strong have been there and so our weight loss team is fully equipped to handle this spiral of doom you are in.

But it does take an act of bravery to bust outta that cycle. No preparation, no thinking about it…just getting on with it so in 6 months time you can look back and see 6 month of results NOT 6 months of failure.
