So back when high-cut leotards and leg warmers were in fashion, carbohydrates ruled the weight loss world.

Count calories, avoid fat, gorge on carbs and do your aerobics – said the 80s.

Well guess what….

It didn’t work.

With obesity on the rise, we need to change the channel.

So here is what we need to do.

And not because I told you, but because my clients get results from it:

So what are they doing to shed weight fast?

Well they have increased proteins and fats and reduced carbohydrates.

The more you increase your protein, the more stable your blood sugar becomes and the less carb cravings you have.

The more good fats you eat, the more bad fat you get rid of.

So, try upping your proteins including: lean meats, protein shakes, greek yoghurt, eggs.

And add in more fat: natural PB, nuts and seeds, coconut, healthy oils.

And reduce (not eliminate) your carbs. You need complex carbs but probably not as many as you think.
