I think we all probably have one thing in common and that is: we all want to have leaner bodies, less fat and more toned muscles.
We want the motivation to work out and eat well every day. We want “healthy” to not be a chore.
Some of us need to lose 100 pounds, some of us 10, but no matter the number…we are on the same journey.
Yeh, I have lost 120. But I didn’t (I couldn’t) do it on my own. I needed help, support and encouragement to make that happen.
