It’s not easy to hear but it has to be said:  If you need to see a big change in your body….then you need to make some big changes.

God knows I know how uncomfortable it is. Losing weight, gaining weight, losing weight again…it's time consuming, expensive and frankly…quite tiring some days 🙂

BUT it’s more than those things…

It’s anger.

It’s frustration.

It’s getting mad because you can’t do what you want to do.

When you are losing weight, or just starting out many people feel angry that they have to do all this stuff to get healthy.

Like the world is against them.

It’s NOT FAIR that I have to work so friggin hard to lose 5lbs.

It’s NOT FAIR that I can’t have a few drinks when I want.

It’s not fair that I have to say no to the delicious foods and stick to my plan.

IT’S SO ANNOYING TO DRINK 4 LITRES OF WATER A DAY.

But, big changes have to be done.

You have to dig in, dig deep and make those changes.

You have to tell the people you love that you can no longer continue the way you are going and that you need some help.

You may have to ask for accountability. 

You should definitely warn them….hungry, carb deprived people with sore muscles are miserable to be around….

NOW you need to commit, or re-commit, to a program.

You must get a proper workout in 3-4 times a week.

You must be active every day.

You must move your body for 30 mins.

You must say NO to bad foods.

You must say no to booze.

You must be organized and get good food in the house.

You must drink you water and herbal tea.

You must ditch coffee, soda and tea.

You must eat salad, lean protein and fruits.

You must remember that it takes less to satisfy hunger than you think
