Vitamix Ice Cream Recipe

I love to make my Mango Protein Ice Cream in it…..remember this classic?

1 cup frozen mangoes
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons skim milk.

Blend until super thick consistency is formed and scoop into bowl. Sprinkle with unsweetened coconut pieces and enjoy!

It’s super low carb. high in vitamin C and cures night time cravings…
