I hate puking…it’s like a phobia for me so when I read this I was totally grossed out.

“While cocaine was long taken out of Coca-Cola long ago, the current formula is still formulated to get you high. Each can of Coke contains 10 teaspoons of sugar. This is 100 percent of your recommended daily intake. In normal circumstances, the extreme sweetness of this much sugar would immediately cause you to vomit uncontrollably. However, since all that sugar is addictive and keeps you coming back for more, Coca-Cola adds phosphoric acid -– an ingredient that cuts the sweetness to manageable levels.”

Now whether this 100% true I dunno…but it IS true that they add phosphoric acid to most soda.

And whether it’s make you stop puking from the 10 teaspoons of sugar or not, it does have some really nasty side effects:

Skin problems like dermatitis and psoriasis.
Vision problems
Inflammation in your stomach
Difficulty breathing and swallowing
Lesser bone density
Teeth erosion

Because I could.

So do me a favour…if you are still drinking pop, or feeding it to the kids, make a vow to stop today.

It’s the first thing I have all our boot campers do.

Get rid of pop…and the weight drops off.
