You probably have an addition problem ya know.

I mean, we all do to some extent. Sugar is the most addictive substance on the face of the planet, and it’s basically in everything we eat, so yeh…so say that most of us are controlled by this substance wouldn’t be a lie.

But for some reason, being addicted to sugar is perfectly ok. I mean god, it’s not like being addicted to alcohol or drugs.

It’s not like you have to hide out in the bathroom and inject sugar into your arm. It’s not like you have to wait in line at the Sugar-store, with sugar sweats and withdrawal nausea sweeping over your body until the first sip of sugar-water hits your lips…

…god no. We are not “real addicts”….are we?


…we do display some addictive habits right? I mean, I as soon as our brains whisper the word “carbs”, we instinctively get off the couch and wander, like zombies, over the to snack cabinet and search aimlessly for something sweet.

As soon as we talk about cookies and candy, the switch is flicked and we start thinking about all the left over Christmas candy until we can no longer fight the urge to binge…

So yeh, actually, you might really have a huge addiction problem.

Thus, we need to break you. Rehab you. Cure your affliction.

And, intermittement fasting is the ONLY way to do this. The only way to quickly, and easily rid yourself of the carb cravings once and for all.

And, simply put, an excess of carbs is the main reason you piled on the weight last year.
