All Challengers get a 5 week “done for them” menu plan…and it’s delicious.
The menu plan tells them what to cook, what to buy, how to cook and store it.
It even has cooking instruction labels you can stick on your freezer meals – Christa (the author) is SUPER organized.
The challengers also get 5 weeks of unlimited boot camp, piles of motivation and a chance to change their lives.
