You’re fat and it’s your fault

Truth bomb right there^^^^ We tend to make it HAF on ourselves on the regular.

Why do we make it so hard on ourselves to lose weight? Why do we keep scouring the internet or listening to someone in our family or at work that has no credentials in the field of nutrition and weight loss?

I’ll tell you why we sabotage ourselves and never reach our goals. It’s because it’s easy to not get up and go workout. It’s easy to just mindlessly go through a drive through and suck back that burger and fries and rinse it down with a coke.

It’s easy to just lay on the couch and dummy a whole bag of chips. It’s easy when you don’t have to be accountable to anyone although we should all be accountable to ourselves first and foremost.

We make losing weight this HUGE thing in our head. We stress over it, we beat ourselves up over it. If the scale isn’t moving in the direction we think it should or want it to then we feel like we have failed.

If you feel you have been eating clean except for a couple of days when you overdid it, then guess what?

It’s your fault.

Those couple of days will stall any progress you feel you deserve. Even if you work out 2 hours a day you still have 22 hours left to screw it all up. Think about that.

If you don’t have a plan in place then you are just throwing darts my friend. You are just winging it and you are doomed for failure. You are destined to remain where you currently are. Unhappy and fat and it’s your
fault.

You are the one who doesn’t have a plan for success and just ate a chocolate bar because it was there. No one forced you to eat all that pizza. That’s on you.

Every day you make hundreds if not thousands of little choices that can lead to success or failure. All those choices are yours and no one else’s. If you don’t have a plan in place then again…it’s your fault.
