    Misty - I loved the 3 week cleanse!! I never, ever felt hungry. I never had the desire to reach for my "go to" snack food - the junk! The crackers, chips and chocolate! Never!! What an eye opener that is for me. Eating properly can curb my cravings. I thought I was a healthy eater but now I have the tools to choose foods that prevent cravings. Actually, when the 19 days were over, I craved juice and want that instead of my morning coffee. I will definitely continue to juice. I didn't need to lose weight but easily lost a few pounds, more significant for me was the percent body fat I lost. Now I can work on toning and building more muscle mass. Feeling great!!

    5 years ago I was 250 lbs. I knew I had to do something about that so I joined a popular weight loss group. I credit that group with giving me the kickstart, but it was the efforts I put forward myself that got me to losing 100 lbs. Fast forward a couple of years and I had gained back about 50 of the 100 I lost, but this time being older and in a different situation, I had been finding it much harder to slim down. I tried the gym, diet after diet, and year, I'd see some minor results, but when I started with 10000 Strong, my life would change! I had known Misty for a couple of years, and honestly, it's not that I was avoiding going to her studio, it's just "I could never find the time"...yeah right, I just wasn't motivated enough until a month ago! Let me tell you, her program works! No 2 ways about it. Not only did I start the path to slimming down, but headaches which were almost a daily ailment for me are all but completely gone! My energy levels are higher than they have been for years, and I even find myself going for the water over other beverage choices without even desiring anything else.     When I joined the 6 week fitness challenge at boot camp I didn't realize how quickly it would become such a supportive community. Every class I go to, Natalie is happy to see all of us and we are all happy to be there. Every person in my class is encouraging and inspiring, always pushing me to my limits. But it's not just the classes that are amazing, when I got a new job and was required to attend orientation when my classes with Natalie were scheduled, Misty was not only extremely happy for me, she was also very accommodating and gave me the opportunity to attend a class at another time! Daily 'shout outs', emails, and inspirational postings remind me that 10000 Strong wants me to succeed in achieving my goals! I am privileged to be working such a great team.     Morning! I just got back from the amazing 5:30am & 6:00am classes ! What great workout! Thanks girl for kicking our asses, great start to the weekend !! Love bootcamp! I get up every morning for the am classes and push myself to the limit. I’ve been putting in doubles for the last couple weeks, crazy me but what amazing feeling. Everyone should try a class and they will be hooked!

    My name is Veronica Trask and I have been a member of boot camp for about three months now. The first thing that peaked my interest is how well I was treated. At my previous gym, I felt like a nobody and I was only talked to if I scanned my card wrong. At 10000 Strong, everyone is so personable and I feel special. I am always greeted with a smile and every trainer knows my name, which makes the experience that much better. Another great addition is the nutrition aspect. I meet with a certified nutritionist to personally go over MY body’s needs and how to achieve a healthier me. It makes me feel good because I am truly cared for and it is so personalized that just after my second meeting with her I felt a whole new change in my body and my happiness. The atmosphere here is outstanding! The staff and the members are extremely friendly. Not only have I noticed a difference in my fitness level but also my confidence. I have never felt so fit and happy with myself! I have a noticed a big difference in myself physically and mentally since I have become a member and to me that is amazing progress.
